One More Time, By Popular Demand

We had an amazing turnout at the last meeting and we will be doing it again at a new venue to make sure as many people as possible can attend.

What: A  friendly meeting with all the experts to talk about real-estate related benefits and more for veterans and military personnel.

When: February 1st

Where: 4601 Post Street, El Dorado Hills, CA

Why: We want to bring to your attention special benefits that you may not be aware of. These also include benefits that are not specifically real estate-related. If you’ve been avoiding buying a home or using your hard-earned benefits, we want you to know that there is a whole team of experts who make it our job to make this process seamless and as pleasant as possible. We are the umbrella shielding you from messy complications.

Real Estate Help for Veterans and Military Personnel

Are you or is someone you know in the military or a veteran? Did you know that there are real estate-related benefits for military personnel and veterans that not all real estate agents are trained to help you with? There are professionals that are up to date with information to help military personnel and veterans take advantage of all the benefits available to you.

One of those professionals is Margaret Phillips, a Military Relocation Professional (MRP). An MRP has the understanding to address your situation and the knowledge to make the most of every selling and buying transaction. As an MRP, Margaret can help you find a location with convenient access to the military benefits you’ve earned.MRP Logo

Upcoming Informational Session

Please join Margaret and me, John Conca, on February 1st at 2pm for an informational session regarding those real estate-related benefits and how they relate to you. We will be joined by a Pest Inspector, a Whole House Inspector, and a Title Officer.

What Does An MRP Bring To The Table?

An MRP understands:

  • VA Financing
  • Military Benefits
  • BAH Rates
  • VA Loan Limits
  • Relocation Requirements

A Letter Regarding Our Upcoming Event:

Thank you so much for your service!

When everyone else seemed to be asking, “What about me?”, you asked, “What can I do?” You stood up for our country and helped protect us and our way of life. I cannot tell you how grateful I am.

But I’d like to do more than simply say thank you.
I want to help you with your real estate needs. I am certified to assist veterans and active military personnel with their special real estate needs.

I can:
  • Help you buy a home or refinance your existing home.
  • Teach you about benefits you may be missing out on such as:
    • Low interest loans for veterans
    • Property tax reductions for disabled veterans
    • Short sales, foreclosures, and bankruptcies
Please come to an informational meeting on Saturday, February 1st, 2014 at 2pm at my office. Even if you aren’t in the market for a home or home loan, I’d like the opportunity to shake your hand and thank you in person.
