Halloween wraps fear in innocence,
As though it were a slightly sour sweet.
Let terror, then, be turned into a treat…

I had previously retired the local events posts, but it looks like a lot of people are searching for and landing on my blog, finding last year’s October events. We’re most of the way through October, but I know what you’re looking for, so I’m just going to list all of the Halloween events that I can find all right here to make your week a little easier.

You can contact me, John Conca, at 530-306-3494, if you are searching for a home anywhere in El Dorado county, or if you are ready to sell your home. I’d be happy to discuss your options with you. You can find new Placerville listings here.

Pollock Pines Halloween Party

It’s that time again for all the Ghost and Goblins to come and join the fun and scary adventures of HALLOWEEN!!!

Come and join us at the Pollock Pines-Camino Community Center at 2675 Sanders Drive in Pollock Pines for a ‘scary’ night filled with screams and laughter from 5pm – 9pm.

The PPCCCA will be hosting a free and safe Halloween for all the kids and the ‘child” in their adults. There will be many fun activities for kids of all ages including…brand new this year… a HAUNTED HOUSE!!!! (The cost of the haunted house will be $1.00 — We need to keep those scary monsters well fed to save our guests)

There will be free food, games, candy, prizes, Trunk or Treat and a live DJ to keep the ghostly music flowing to keep the chilling evening lively with the help of the local organizations!
